What is a Mate'? - Mate' is a Brazilian tea mate from the leaves of the Mate' Tree. Yerba Mate' energizes without the jittery side effects often associated with coffee and tea, making it an excellent coffee alternative or subsititute. Mate is a highly nutritious tea, antioxidant rich and full of vitamins. The mate we serve in our cafe is our own Mate' Factor brand available for sale next door in our Mate'Factor/Common Sense Store.
